Q: Are you running any promotions? Free shipping or discount codes?

“We don’t offer any promotions or promo codes right now and we do not offer free shipping. Occasionally, we will host giveaways on our social channels! Please follow along on Instagram, Facebook or Twitter to keep in the loop.”

Q: How long does it take for a clearance dress to ship out?

“Our clearance dresses are a quicker  and great alternative for our made-to-order dresses. All of them are in stock and will ship within 2-3 business days of your order!”

Q: Where did the sample bridesmaids dress program go?

“Currently our team is working hard to get our sample program back onto the site. We want to make sure that everything is perfect for our customers! At the time, we don’t have a date for when the program will be back but we are hoping to get it back as soon as possible.”

“Unfortunately, at the moment, we can only ship to Canada and the United States. We hope to expand our shipping to international in the future!”

Q: How long does it take to get a standard size dress?

“All our dresses are made-to-order, whether standard or custom! Therefore all dresses, at this time take about 5-6 weeks for production and then an additional week for shipping. The production time does change depending on the number of orders and other conditions. We don’t have rush shipping, but we do offer rush production on many of our styles, which is a flat, non-refundable $50 and pushes your dress to the head of the line. If you need a dress quicker, we suggest checking out our clearance section.”

Q: Do you accept returns?

“For standard made-to-order sizes, we have a 10 day return policy minus shipping/rush fees. Custom and clearance dresses are non-returnable for any reason. We do not have an exchange program. Check out our full return policy here!”

Q: Do you do custom design?

“At this time we only offer basic custom sizing, and can’t change the design of our dresses, including removing features, changing the length of the dress (i.e. making a knee-length into full-length), or changing the dress’ fabric.”

Q: I’m typically a size 8, are your standard sizes the same as retail sizes?

Formalwear tends to run smaller than retail, especially since the fabric doesn’t stretch. We highly recommend taking your measurements and comparing them to our size chart to find your Azazie fit.”

Q: Are the colors online exactly what I will receive?

Colors can vary depending on your computer screen resolution, the settings of the camera at the time of the photo, and lighting. We highly recommend you order swatches to see if for yourself in person and make sure you have the perfect match!”
