At Azazie we believe that every woman deserves to look special in a dress that fits. That’s why we offer free custom sizing! We understand that buying a custom dress online can be scary, so we’ve done our best to simplify the process for you.
Custom sizing is meant to minimize alterations, but isn’t always perfect. The customization is basic -only bust, waist, hips, height, and hollow to floor, and are cut exactly to the numbers provided without extra space added. Here are some things to know:

1. It’s made just for you!
All of our dresses are made to order, and custom dresses are cut to your personal measurements. That means, only someone with your exact measurements should be able to wear the dress as well as you! This also means, however, that we can’t accept a return on these dresses -they’re all final sale. Learn more about our return policy HERE.

2. We can help!
If you’re unsure of your measurements, we have this handy video showing you how to measure yourself. Our stylists also love to help with sizing and can help you double & triple check your numbers! It’s really important that you measure how we ask for it, as it’s not always the same as how your local tailor does it.

3. Alterations are your friend!
Even with our advanced algorithm that uses your numbers to create a dress pattern, sometimes our dresses come out a little different than your exact measurements, most commonly the length of the dress and the straps. That’s why we offer an alterations reimbursement for work that you have done locally. Our dresses are easy to tailor and our stylists can help you create the perfect fit. Read more about it here.
Also, know that the style may change slightly to accommodate your exact measurements. We make our dresses to fit and to be loved by women of all shapes and sizes. We’re so excited to see you all in your one-of-a-kind dresses!
