3 Easy Tips for Expecting Bridesmaids

Finding bridesmaid dresses can be stressful- especially when you’re expecting a bundle of joy. But we’ve done our very best to simplify the process, so you can get the perfect dress, stress free.

We have an new maternity line that has a super comfy stretch knit lining to accommodate for your lovely baby bump! It is currently available in limited colors because it’s a brand new fabric- but no worries! If your bride has found the perfect color for her bridal party, here are some helpful tips that you can use to order a standard style while you’re expecting!

1. Plus 1

Your baby bump will generally grow 1 inch every 4 weeks. So after you take your measurements on the largest part of your waist, add 1 inch for every 4 weeks leading up to your event date.

2. Don’t worry about the bust

It’s usually fine to leave your bust measurements the same. But if you’re seeing growth, then you can always add a couple inches and have the dress taken in later to fit your body better after you receive and try on the dress.

3. Bigger is better

Remember, it is easier to alter a dress to be smaller rather than to make it larger. So if you think you’ll need some additional room for when the event day comes, it’ll be better to order the dress a tad larger.
