Dress Design Crowdsourcing: Tell Us What You Want!

At Azazie, we’re all about bringing real brides into the dress design process. Twice a month we create new designs that we narrow down with the help of your opinions. In other words, we crowd-source the community’s opinion to get your honest feedback. Vote now and help us choose which designs actually get made into our dress line!

Here’s a little lowdown on how it all works:

  1. All dresses are first sketched in-house by expert bridal designers, who keep close tabs on forecasted trends from the bridal runway. Our designers bring their different experiences at major bridal labels such as Maggie Sottero to Azazie, where we have styles from vintage feminine to tomboy chic (keep your eyes peeled for an upcoming series!). At Azazie, we keep it classic with simply beautiful dresses that will speak to an array of styles, meaning we find trends that we think will work for a range of women and their body types.
  1. Once preliminary patterns are created, we send out all the dress designs in the running to you—our community of real brides and bridesmaids to give us your two cents (or more!) on your favorites. The top-voted patterns get sent straight to our dressmakers for production, and will be available to purchase within 30 days!
  1. For the rest of the designs that didn’t make the cut, we refine until they’re perfect. We thrive on input, so details are everything! Whether it’s adding a ribbon, changing a neckline, or adding lace to the bust area, each dress is refined by your crowd-sourced opinions until the final dresses are ready for the catalogue.
